Silver Leaf Farm is a small family farm and handcrafted product business located in Hamersville, Ohio.
2. Products & Orders We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed. All product descriptions, pricing, and images are as accurate as possible, but we reserve the right to correct errors at any time.
Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract. Your order is accepted and confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to fulfillment, in which case you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping We ship within the United States only. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Silver Leaf Farm is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Product Disclaimers
Handcrafted nature: Our products are made in small batches by hand. Minor variations in color, scent, texture, and weight are normal and are not considered defects.

Our herbal teas, wellness sprays, elderberry syrup, fire cider, magnesium products, and all other wellness items are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
