Suggested Use: Ages 1–3: 1–3 teaspoons per day Ages 3 and up (including adults): 1–3 tablespoons per day If feeling under the weather: same dosage, up to every 3 hours Do not give to infants under 1 year of age due to the presence of raw honey.

Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 3 months. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays for up to 6–8 months.
